2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Student Verification: You must provide a valid student email address for verification purposes. Academic status may be verified at any time.

3.1 Permitted Use: Virtuosa is a campus marketplace for buying, selling, and trading goods and services within the academic community.

3.2 Prohibited Items: You may not list or sell illegal items, weapons, alcohol, drugs, stolen goods, or any items prohibited by university policies or local laws.

3.3 Content Standards: All listings, communications, and content must be respectful, non-discriminatory, and comply with community standards.

4.1 Seller Responsibilities: Sellers must accurately describe items, provide clear images, and fulfill orders in a timely manner.

4.2 Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers must pay promptly and communicate respectfully with sellers. Payment should be made as agreed upon with the seller.

4.3 Transaction Safety: Virtuosa is not responsible for transactions between users. Meet in safe, public locations on campus when possible.

5.1 Platform Fees: Virtuosa may charge fees for certain services or premium features. Such fees will be clearly disclosed before use.

5.2 Payment Processing: Payment processing is handled through third-party providers. Their terms and fees apply in addition to Virtuosa's terms.

You may not:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Virtuosa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Termination may occur with or without notice and without liability.

Suspended or terminated users may not create new accounts without explicit permission from Virtuosa.

10.1 Platform Status: Virtuosa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10.2 Liability Limitation: Virtuosa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10.3 Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of user-generated content or third-party links.
